What is your turnaround time?
At KCB, our goal is always to get your items to you as soon as we can. Once designs/ logos have been approved by you, we can have your items ready for pick up or shipping within 14 business days*. *larger orders can take longer to fulfill.

How do I upload my artwork?

Once you place your order online, an email will be sent to the email you provided and you can attach your artwork there.

I don't have an approved logo because we just started this business, how can you help?

If you have an idea for a logo or design, we can design a logo for you. There will be an additional cost of $100 to create your logo from scratch.

Are there additional items that I can order that aren't listed on your website?
ABSOLUTELY! If you can't find what you are looking for, feel free to call KCB directly (417-684-0420) and describe what you are looking for. There is also a catalog on the “Custom Embroidery” & “Custom Screen Printing” pages. You are welcome to submit a form with the products you find (style #, color & sizes) and we will send you an invoice for the project.

When I purchase from KCB Embroidery, where are my items being completed?
When you purchase from KCB, your items are being personalized in Fredonia, Kansas. We are a local embroidery/ printing location and we do all of our work in house! We greatly appreciate you supporting a small business! While our business is owner- operated, no order is too large or too small for us to complete!

Can I order both screen printed and embroidered items in the same order?

Absolutely! When putting items in your cart, just comment which items you prefer to have decorated with screen printing vs embroidery.
