Inconsistency of Owning a Business

As a small business owner, my life at work is very inconsistent. Some days I am working on orders of 100 hats with all the same logo and some days I will work on orders of 1-2 items each with all different logos.

Lots of embroidery shops only make the items that they post online and pre digitize, however this is where my shop differs. My favorite orders are when I get to digitize an existing logo and then embroider hundreds of items for a customer! I have lots of businesses that put in repeat orders and most of those repeat orders are similar to their previous order.

I am the owner- operator, the sales person, the customer service rep, the digitizer, the daily laborer, and the pre-accountant (we do hire an actual accountant). I appreciate every person who comes to my store and chooses to use me instead of those larger corporations who are doing embroidery overseas.
